I wanted a really special southwest themed dinner and Mike came up with some amazing suggestions for us to choose from. The sauces and salsas were fresh and had incredible taste to them. The meats were cooked on site and were basted in wonderful sauces. Everything was fresh and healthy! And, the desserts were over the top! Every guest commented to me how special this meal was. And I have to say that Mike and his staff go out of their way to make the presentation look spectacular and then work constantly during the meal to serve and clean up. I am convinced there is no one better to work with for an catered meal than Mike and his team. "
